Binge-Drinking
Binge-drinking is a social problem that is getting out of control in Britain. One in four adults in Britain are binge-drinkers and the UK recently topped a poll as Europe's heaviest alcohol consumers. According to a recent government report, Britain's binge-drinking problem is costing £20 billion a year! The money is spent on alcohol related crimes and social problems.
