Binge-drinking is a problem that is getting out of control in Britain. One in four adults in Britain are binge drinkers and the UK recently topped a poll as Europe's heaviest alcohol consumers.
According to a recent government report, Britain’s binge drinking is costing £20 billion a year. The money is spent on alcohol related crime and social problem.
